As your local agent, we make ourselves always available to help you with the claim process. To file a claim with your carrier, you can contact them directly or call one of our agents.

If you need help filing a claim during our normal business hours (7:30 am to 6:00 pm, M-F), then please call our main number at 843.763.7525.

If you need help with a claim outside of our business hours, then please call our emergency line at 843.779.1525 and press 9.

After ensuring the safety of anyone involved in the claim, please take any necessary steps to prevent further damage to yourself, your property and any others.

When processing a claim, it is helpful to have a detailed inventory of all your personal belongings. Taking pictures of your property may be helpful to document a claim.
